These guys are amazing from the initial contact through negotiation and sale to closing and moving. I built and owned my house for forty years. Since Covid things got away from me and my house had a lot of problems. They worked with me to come to a mutually agreeable sale price. After that they worked with me to solve any problems. We worked out a closing date and moving date. They were very accommodating of problems I ran into for moving date. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to sell AS IS.

Central City Solutions was the easiest real estate transaction I’ve ever experienced. Marie was excellent in communicating what was next and when that would happen. I had even reached out to her on a Friday after 5 and she returned my call within an hour. When I sell my next property they will be at the top of my list to start the process.

Just worked with this team a couple months ago to sell my late brother’s house. I was super skeptical because they made it all sound so easy but after sharing detail with my attorney she agreed that all looked good. Needless to say I sold my brothers home at a more than fair price and the process was beyond easy. We moved out what the family wanted to save and left the rest. No staging or cleaning up to show the house! They were great and I’d do this all over again!
